The gas collecting hood is applicable to removing the water vapor generated from the large dishwashers and the centralized cooking area in hotels and central kitchens. With a SUS304 stainless steel structure, its inner bevel guide plate serves steam diversion and condensation.

When the steam generated by the equipment is collected in the hood, it is diverted and condensed through the inner bevel deflector, flows through the drainage groove, and is discharged through the drainage valve. The four-sided guide groove structure prevent water vapor from condensing and dripping down onto the catering equipment below, the function of fresh air supply is available as an option.
